Organization-Level Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics tab, located in the left-hand menu of your organization-level SoSha portal, offers detailed insights into the performance of one or more toolkits. The data available may vary based on your organization’s subscription tier.

With the Analytics dashboard, you can track:

• Unique Visitors: See how many individual users land on your toolkits.
• Visits: Monitor the total number of visits to your toolkits.
• Shares: Track the number of times your posts are shared, with breakdowns by hour, social network, and geolocation.
• Clicks: See how often your posts are clicked, including data by hour, social network, and location.
• Conversions: Measure the actions your visitors take after interacting with your posts.
