Exporting an Analytics Report ‍

SoSha's platform allows you to download an individual analytics report through Google Sheets in order to access more detailed performance data.

To export an analytics report:‍

Visit the toolkit that you'd like to export and click the ‘Analytics’ tab on the left. 

Enter the timeframe you'd like to analyze by clicking date range and click ‘Export a detailed report’ on the right side.

Common Questions

Why is my analytics report not loading?

Depending on the amount of data requested, it can take a few minutes for the information to load on the Google sheets. Try waiting a few minutes and if it doesn’t load, send an email to support@sosha.ai. 

How do I see analytics across multiple toolkits/an organization?

To view analytics for multiple toolkits or your entire organization:some text

• On the dashboard for your organization, click the ‘Analytics’ tab.
• Explore the analytics for your toolkits or across your organization.
