Replace Media in Multiple Posts at Once

Save time by replacing photos, videos, or GIFs across multiple posts at once. This is especially useful when updating graphics, refreshing promotional materials, or correcting images without having to edit each post individually.

How to Replace Media:

Select the posts you want to edit by clicking on them.

Click Actions on the right side of the toolkit page and select Bulk Edit.

Choose Replace Text.

Select the media (photo, video, or GIF) you want to replace in the selected posts. Upload the new media by clicking the upload area on the left or dragging and dropping a file from your computer.

Preview the changes by comparing the original and replacement media. Deselect any variations you don’t want to update, then click Replace Media at the bottom to apply the changes.
