How to Change the Order Posts Display in the Post Creator

The Post Order setting controls how posts are shown on the live toolkit page. Keep in mind: the order you see in the Post Creator may not always reflect how posts appear live—especially when using a random order.

To change post order: 

Post Order Options:

Random: Pinned posts appear first. All remaining posts are shown in a random order.

Random with labels: Pinned posts appear first. Posts with labels are grouped by label and displayed in a random order within each group. The order of the labels themselves can be set in the toolkit settings. Unlabeled posts appear last, also in random order.

Custom: Manually arrange posts in any order you like. Drag and drop to reorder them in the editor.

Newest first: Pinned posts appear first. Remaining posts are shown in descending order by creation date - newest at the top.

Oldest first: Pinned posts appear first. Remaining posts are shown in ascending order by creation date - oldest at the top.
