Creating Post Variations & AI Variations

Post variations are customized versions of an original post, with tailored elements for different social media platforms to enhance performance.

How to create a post variation: 

Select the post you want to create a variation for and hover over it.

Click the three dots menu on the right side of the post to access its settings.

Select ‘Add Variation.’

Hover over the original post you want to create a variation of and select “Edit manually.”

Choose the social media platforms where you’d like the variation to be shared.

Edit the text, visuals, and other post elements to fit the specific social platform.

• Tip: Adjusting posts to the platform boosts engagement—for example, use shorter captions on Bluesky and X, and longer-form posts on Facebook.

Once editing is complete, save your changes.

How do I create an AI-generated draft post: 

Find the post you want to create a variation for and hover over it.

Click the three dots to access the post's settings options.

Select ‘Add AI Variations.’

Select the social media platforms that you'd like to generate variations.

Variations will generate. You can either dismiss or ask the writing assistant to regenerate options until you’re satisfied.

• Tip: You can also change the tone of the posts by clicking 'Adjust Tone' in the right corner and selecting or entering keywords.

• Tip: You can edit the text manually

Once satisfied with the new variations, click ‘Save Variations.’
