Creating Post Variations & AI Variations

A variation is a version of your post tailored to specific social platforms. Customize the text, media, or link to make your content more shareable on each network.

How to create a post variation: 

Hover over the post you want to create a variation for.

Click the “+” next to the social platforms.

Choose a social platform to generate an AI variation optimized for that platform.

Click Rewrite with AI to generate a new version of the post text.

From there, you can:

• Accept or decline the new version.
• Click Rewrite to generate another version.
• Adjust the tone by selecting the suggested keywords or entering your own.

Review the variation and adjust the text, visuals, or other post elements as needed, or start with the original text and optimize it manually.

• Tip: Adjusting posts to the platform boosts engagement. For example, use shorter captions on Bluesky and X, and longer-form posts on Facebook.

Click the “+” in the post preview to add another social network to the variation. The same copy and visuals will be used for each network you add.

To create a separate version, select “+ New Variation.”

Once editing is complete, save your changes.
