How do I edit multiple posts at the same time? (Bulk Editing)

With this feature, users can edit multiple posts at the same time. There are two ways to make changes to more than one post at once: search & replace and adding text at the end of a text (append text).

How to Search & Replace: 

Select posts you want to edit.

Click Actions (right side of the toolkit page) and choose ‘Search and Replace’.

Choose Mode: Select whether you'd like to replace something in the text or a media file.

For Media: Click the images you'd like to change from your selected posts. Upload the new file.

For text: Enter the text to search for and the text to replace it with.

Set your preferences in the Options section, such as:

• Case Sensitive
• Apply to Post Text
• Apply to Link
• Apply to Link Caption

Preview the changes, with both the original and new text displayed.

Choose ‘Replace All’ to apply changes to every post, or edit individually with ‘Replace in Post Variation.’

How to Append text: 

Select posts you want to update.

Click Actions and select ‘Append Text’.

Enter the text you want to add.

Choose where to append the text (Post Text, Link, or Link Caption).
