How to Append Text

Add text to the end of multiple posts at once, including the post text, link, or link caption for faster editing.

Select the posts you want to update, then click Actions in the top-right corner and select Append Text.

Enter the text you want to add, then choose where to append it: Post Text, Link, or Link Caption.

The added text will appear in green so you can  review the change.

Once you’ve reviewed the post, click Append to Current Variation to update only that variation, or Append to All to apply the change to all variations.

You can also click Skip to avoid adding the text to a specific variation.

Note: Posts can have multiple variations for social networks, so be mindful of whether you’re editing one variation or the entire post. Learn more in our article on post variations.
