You can now create comments and replies within your toolkits, giving your community suggested text they can copy when engaging with posts on your channels or ones you want to highlight. Enter the comment text and paste the link to the original post to get started.
This feature helps increase meaningful engagement. Platforms reward authentic conversations, so more comments = more visibility across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
How to Create Comments & Replies
Open a Toolkit: From your SoSha dashboard, select the toolkit where you'd like to create this content.
Create a New Post: Inside the toolkit, click '+ New Post' on the left-hand side.
Convert the Post into a Reply: Click 'Turn into a reply' in the top-right corner above the text box.
Choose a Platform: You’ll see a list of platforms that support comments. Select the platform of the post you want to reply to.
Note: Replies can only be created for one platform at a time since you’re linking directly to a specific post. Create separate posts—not variations—for each platform.
Add Your Suggested Comment. Write the suggested text you’d like your community to use.
Add the Post Link. Paste the link to the original post you want them to reply to. Make sure the post is from a public account so it’s accessible.
(Optional) Add an image or toggle on the user-generated content setting.Note: Only platforms that allow images in comments will support this. (For example: Instagram does not currently allow image comments.)
Save & Publish.
What Your Sharing Community Will See
When your community visits a live toolkit with this feature, they’ll see theoriginal post you’ve linked and the suggested comment with a prompt to rewrite it in their own words.
This ensures their replies feel authentic and natural, helping avoid bot-like behavior and increasing overall engagement.
