Removing an Existing Custom Domain

Delete a custom domain from your organization when it’s no longer needed. Before deleting, make sure it isn’t being used by any active toolkits.

How to remove an existing custom domain: 

First, confirm that what you want to delete is not being used by any of your toolkits by opening an individual toolkit’s Settings and switching it to No Whitelabel.

Return to the Custom Domain section in your organization. Click the three dots for the domain you'd like to remove and click delete custom domain.
