SoSha Portal Overview

When you first log in to SoSha, you’ll land on your organization’s central hub. This is where all of your digital toolkits live, making it easy to manage content across your campaigns.

Use the left-hand toolbar to quickly navigate through everything your organization needs:

Toolkits: Create, manage, and launch shareable content packages for your supporters.
Members: View and manage who has access to edit your toolkits.
Analytics: Track performance metrics and see what content is driving engagement.
Whitelabeling: Customize the URL of your toolkits.
Subscription & Settings: Update your plan and control organization-level preferences.

Login and Account Recovery

At SoSha, you can manage settings for your personal account, and grant permissions for members to access and edit organizational account settings, based on their member permission level. Here, we’ll guide you through managing and updating your SoSha account settings.

Billing Portal

In your organization’s settings, the Subscription tab provides an overview of your plan’s limits and current usage. Here, organization owners can also update or modify subscription details as needed. SoSha uses Stripe for secure and reliable billing.

Organization Creation & Invitations

Your organization is where you’ll manage your toolkits, subscription settings, and member access. You can invite team members to help build and distribute your toolkits, and you can also add a white-label option for a custom look.
