Publishing or Unpublishing your Toolkit

Only published toolkits are visible and shareable with your community.

Before publishing, take a moment to review your content and ensure everything looks the way you want. You can unpublish at any time to make updates or edits.

To publish a toolkit:

• Select the Toolkit by opening the toolkit you want to publish.
• Check the Status by clicking the ‘Settings’ tab in the menu on the left.
• Below the toolkit name, you’ll see its status:
  • Red means Unpublished.
  • Green means Published.
  • You can also see the publication status while editing a toolkit in the left menu.
• Publish the Toolkit:
  • Click the ‘Publish’ button on the right.
  • Confirm by pressing ‘Continue.’
• Verify the Status: The status will update to a green ‘Published’ indicator.

To un-publish a toolkit:

• Follow the same steps to navigate to the Settings section.
• Click ‘Unpublish’ to take the toolkit offline.
• Confirm your choice to update the status to red ‘Unpublished.’
