Publishing or Unpublishing your Toolkit

Only published toolkits are visible and shareable with your community.

Before publishing, take a moment to review your content and ensure everything looks the way you want. You can unpublish at any time to make updates or edits.

There are three ways to publish a toolkit:

On the toolkit menu, hover over the toolkit you want to publish, click the blue 'Action' button followed the 'Publish Toolkit' button.

From the toolkit menu, click on the toolkit you want to publish. Once within the toolkit's post creator interface, navigate to the 'Settings'  on the left-hand menu.

Below the toolkit name, you’ll see its status: red means unpublished while green means published. Click the ‘Publish’ button on the right and confirm by pressing 'Continue'

You can also see the publication status while editing a toolkit in the left menu.

Click the red button and a window will appear where you can use a toggle to publish the toolkit.

To un-publish a toolkit:

Follow the same steps to navigate to the Settings section.

Click ‘Unpublish’ to take the toolkit offline.

Confirm your choice to update the status to red ‘Unpublished.’
