Customize the “All Apps” Button Icon

You can now customize the “All Apps” sharing option to display the icon of your audience’s preferred platform — such as Messenger, Signal, Discord, or Reddit. Only admins and owners of an organization can make this change, and it will apply to all toolkits under your organization.

This is especially useful if you know your community tends to share through a specific mobile app. Instead of showing a generic yellow icon, you can personalize the experience to match their habits.

How to Customize the “All Apps” Icon for Mobile Sharing:

• Find the section labeled Mobile Sharing in your organization's settings.
• Click the 'Edit' button and then switch from Default to Custom.
• Replace the name 'all apps' with the platform you want.
• Change the color of the button either by hex code or selecting a color from the gradient.
• Select the platform icon you’d like to display (e.g., Messenger, Viber, etc.)
• Save your changes.
